About Nicole

Nicole Woodard graduated from UGA with a degree in education and has been teaching students for over a decade in the classroom, teaching math and science. Students describe her as fun, passionate, and encouraging; she even won Teacher of the Year at Cartersville Middle School. She has recently started tutoring full-time but works closely with her “school family” at Cartersville High School.

She teaches every subject of the SAT and ACT, and she is great at making complicated concepts seem simple. Her favorite thing about working with students is celebrating their successes; she makes a great coach and cheerleader. Nicole is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have three awesome boys.

What parents and students are saying about nicole as an Online ACT and SAT tutor:

Nicole is an exceptionally well prepared and organized tutor. Her years of experience in the classroom combined with her knowledge of standardized testing is unmatched. She has the ability to adapt her teaching styles to the individual student’s needs. She always finds unique ways to challenge and help build confidence in every single student. We could not be more pleased with the results that Nicole was able to help our daughter Abbey achieve. I would highly recommend her.

Nicole Woodard was the key to our son making a 35 on the ACT. He had originally made a 22 in 7th grade and had not taken the test since. He was a junior and as his parents, we told him he was going to do the boot camp. He was not thrilled at the idea, but did it anyway. After spending 3 hours with Mrs. Woodard he came home and said, “Mom, whatever you paid...it was worth it.”

To me when my 16 year old says that 3 hours of studying was worth it...it really was. He took the ACT the next week and earned a 31. His personal goal was to make a 32 as one of the colleges he was looking at had a 32 as the top scholarship. He spent another 2 hours with Mrs. Woodard. She found his weaknesses and they really focused on those. He took the ACT two months later and he earned a 35! The strategies and encouragement from Mrs. Woodard made all the difference!

She is amazing!
